The Centre of Epidemiological Research (CPE) and the Postgraduate Program in Epidemiology (PPGE) are located at the Centre of Health Research Dr. Amilcar Gigante. There are two interconnected buildings: the central building where the PPGE teaching unit is found and the Medical Clinic of Research in Collective Health. Within an area of 1,3 thousand square meters, the building of the medical clinic was especially built for research participants medical exams, data collection and interviews. It is divided in two floors. On the first floor, there is the reception area, and in the second floor, there are the support structures of clinic activities.
